  • What Do I Send?
    Please export your DI track(s) as 24-bit WAV files, ensuring they are mono rather than stereo. Before sending, check that there are no clicks, pops, or clipping to guarantee the highest-quality re-amping process.
  • How Do I Send My Tracks?
    Simply use the uploader on the provided form, or share a link via Dropbox, Google Drive, or a similar service.
  • When Will I Receive My Files?
    The turnaround time is approximately 1–3 working days. You’ll receive a Google Drive link with your newly re-amped tracks. If you have any questions beforehand, feel free to reach out at aaron@sugarpillproductions.com.
